Wayne was one of the most caring leaders that I had the privilege to work with during my time at Pepsi. He always had a friendly smile and the office filled with his laughter. He was also willing to help out in anyway. He cared deeply for his Pepsi family and wanted everyone to be successful. He was so genuine and authentic. You also knew you could trust Wayne. I could not have asked for a better person to work

I worked with Wayne during the time that PAS moved to PBC and then afterwards communicated via email. Wayne was such a wonderful man and was so professional, helpful and truly dedicated. Meeting Wayne for the first time was pleasant as you felt you had known him for years. I am so sad to hear about his passing and my thoughts are with his family.
Wayne will truly be missed. I considered him not just a co-worker but a friend.

I had the honor and pleasure of working with Wayne at Pepsi and I considered him not only a co-worker, but a good friend. Wayne was who I held up as my example to people on how the job should be done. He was simply the best at what he did and he truly had a positive impact with everyone he worked with. I’ll miss getting his e-mails that started off with “Hello Leslie – Hope all is well”. Then he usually asked for a favor. 🙂 Rest easy my friend.
With my most sincere condolences,
Leslie Raleigh
