Thomas Leo Grodzicki, 68, of Marissa, IL; born on June 7, 1947 in East St. Louis, IL; passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at his home.
Mr. Grodzicki was an auctioneer. He was a United States Marine Veteran serving during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a recipient of the Purple Heart.
He was preceded in death by his parents – Andrew and Mildred, nee Cothron, Grodzicki.
He is survived by his wife – Elmina, nee Esteban, Grodzicki whom he married on April 27, 2000. His children – David Grodzicki of Belleville, IL; Tami Wilson of Fairview Heights, IL; Dawn Westerfield of Freeburg, IL. One step-daughter – Jennifer Baquista of the Philippines. His grandchildren – Nikki Conklin; Chris Conklin; Kori Grodzicki; Anna Parnell. His great-grandchildren – Khalista; Kaiden; Kaleb; Brendon; Addison; Triston. One brother – Andrew Grodzicki. Three sisters – Teresa Gourd; Melinda Giffhorn; Liz Stevens.
Funeral: Graveside services will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 11:00am.
Interment: Burial will be held in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
