Terri Sue Dobyns, 63, of Sparta, IL; born on September 19, 1958 in Sparta, IL; passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at the Randolph County Care Center in Sparta, IL.

 

Terri loved to bowl with her friends.  She was a hard worker that loved her job, she worked at Zanders Sporting Goods and enjoyed every part of it, especially the friends she made while working there.  Anytime she could spend time with those she cared about was a good day for Terri.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband – Robert Dobyns; father – Raymond Hillyard; sister – Vicki Dierks; infant brother – Stephen Hillyard.

 

Terri is survived by her mother – Patsy Hillyard of Sparta, IL; two children – Robert “Robbie” Alde of Zephyrhills, FL and Ryan Alde of Sparta, IL; three grandchildren – Lexz, Alyssa, and Skylar; one great grandchild – Haven; one brother – James “Jim” (Tina) Hillyard of Walsh, IL.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to help with medical expenses.

 

Family and friends may gather at the First United Methodist Church in Sparta, IL on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.  Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Randy McGeehon officiating.  Private committal services will take place at Caledonia Cemetery in Sparta.
