Rose Marie, nee Walsh, King; 81, of Marissa, IL; born March 13, 1932 in Red Bud, IL. Passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville, IL.
Mrs. King was a homemaker. She was of the Catholic faith. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and the Macke Senior Center. Rose Marie enjoyed playing bingo, working puzzles and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her parents – Leo and Viola, nee Kissen, Walsh. Her first husband Lons LeSaulnier Sr.; her second husband Kermit King. 1 son – Lons LeSaulneir Jr. and 1 sister.
She is survived by her children – Madelle (Art) Dickerson; Paul (Karen) LeSaulnier. 6 grandchildren. 25 great-grandchildren. 1 great-great grandchild. And nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friends may call at Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in Marissa, IL on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 from 9:00am to 11:00am.
Funeral: Services will be held at Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in Marissa, IL on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 11:00am with Pastor Art Dickerson officiating.
Burial: Interment will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in Red Bud, IL.
Rose was a wonderful and loving Mother and Grandmother with a generous and kind nature. Thank you Rose for giving us Madelle who will carry those same qualities forward in her life. Heaven will be a better place for your being there. Sandra Hakanson
