Louise Blair

Louise Elizabeth Blair, 90, of Sparta, IL; born on August 3, 1928 in Sparta, IL; passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Sparta Community Hospital in Sparta, IL.
Mrs. Blair was a homemaker. She was a faithful member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Louise was a talented quilter. She was a devoted farm wife and enjoyed working alongside her husband on the family farm. Most of all Louise loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents – Raymond and Agnes, nee Surman, Blair. Her husband – Robert Blair whom she married on January 11, 1952 and who passed away on June 16, 2017.
She is survived by her children – William (Kathleen) Blair of Sparta, IL; Martha (Bob) Misselhorn of Coulterville, IL. Six grandchildren – Matthew (Angelina) Blair; Timothy (Ariel) Blair; Ben Blair; Elizbeth (Nate) Niece; Jenny (Seth) McDowell; Megan (Matt) Timmermann. Eight great-grandchildren. One brother – Edward “Raymond” Blair of Carbondale, IL. One sister – Evelyn Hartman of Chester, IL. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friends may call at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Sparta, IL on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 9:30am to 11:30am.
Funeral: Services will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Sparta, IL on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 11:30am with Rev. David Hoffelmeyer officiating.
Interment: Burial will be held in Caledonia Cemetery in Sparta, IL.
Heil, Schuessler and Sinn Funeral Home in Sparta, IL is in charge of arrangements.
