Keith Richard Harms, 49, of Belleville, IL; born May 6, 1974 in Red Bud, IL, the son of Richard and Gloria (Muskopf) Harms; passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 at BJC Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Keith graduated Sparta High School in 1992 and continued his education at Belleville Area College for two additional years.  After college, Keith went straight to work for AG Edwards in St. Louis, MO.  He continued working for AG Edwards until watching the company change hands to Wachovia and then eventually, Wells Fargo.  Keith was a loyal and proud employee of the financial institution, serving them for 27 years.  He was an avid sports fan as well.  Keith loved the Miami Dolphins and St. Louis Cardinals.  He also enjoyed listening to a large variety of music and spending time with his beloved fur baby, Rocky.

Keith is survived by his loving wife – Tara (Weaver) Harms of Belleville, IL; daughter – Alyssa Harms of Coulterville, IL; granddaughter – Paisleigh Harms of Coulterville, IL; beloved parents – Richard and Gloria Harms of Sparta, IL; brother – Jeremy Harms and LaRae Wofford of Sparta, IL; father & mother-in-law – Llewelyn (Patti) Weaver of Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents – Paul and Aurelia (Luebkemann) Harms and maternal grandparents – George and Alsace (Wachtel) Muskopf.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.

The Visitation will be held at Heil-Schuessler & Sinn Funeral Home in Sparta, IL on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.  Memorial Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Kenny Vosholler officiating.
