CAVALIER
Gregory “Greg” Robert Cavalier, 59, of Sparta, IL; born on February 1, 1962 in Sparta, IL; passed away Friday, November 12, 2021 at his home in Sparta, IL.
Greg was a devoted Christian that loved reading his bible every day and quoting different verses. He served in the United States Air Force. Greg enjoyed watching the same movies and television shows over and over. He loved his family and bringing them together.
He was preceded in death by his sister – Jackie Clark; brother – Frank Cavalier.
Greg is survived by five children – Michael Ryan (Millie) Cavalier of St. Louis, MO, Melinda Lee (Tyson) Bradley of Waterloo, IL, Morgan Casey Cavalier of Sparta, IL, Dylan Christopher Cavalier of Sparta, IL, and Andrea Christine Marie Cavalier of Sparta, IL; parents – Richard and Doris (McSmith) Cavalier; seven grandchildren – Minerva Cavalier, Maya Cavalier, Nash Bradley, Carolina Bradley, Henrik Bradley, Alistair Bradley, and Vada Bradley; five siblings – Rick (Theresa) Cavalier of Swansea, IL, Michael (Ejmi) Cavalier of Czech Republic, Tom (Mary) Cavalier of Glen Carbon, IL, Jeff Cavalier of Sparta, IL, and Gena (Todd) Hyatt of Kansas City, KS.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Sparta from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Heil – Schuessler & Sinn Funeral Home in Sparta, IL is in charge of arrangements.
