Although it has been a few years ago, we remember Fred going by our house driving the tractor. Once in a while, he would stop by to talk to Daryl. Daryl & I express our sincere sympathy of the passing of your father and grandfather. May God comfort all of you.

So sorry to here of Uncle Freddie’s passing. My favorite memory of him was listening to his thunderous voice. I will always remember the times we spent with them when they came thru Georgia. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I met the Kestings in 1967, and I last saw Fred on January 22, 2012. His mind was sharp, and he rehearsed “old times”–good memories–with me.
I reminded him that my Dad always called me Patty; and, after Dad died, Fred was the only one I allowed to call me that. He smiled, and gave a bit of a chuckle, as it always pleased him when I told him that. ;^)
Both Mr. & Mrs. Kesting touched so many of our lives; and I really look forward to hearing him call me Patty again…in the resurrection.
