I just remember Verdie being so positive all the time. She seemed to be the glue that held the family together on the Sinn side of the family. I enjoyed talking to her. I also remember how much my Grandma, Elsie Sinn, loved her. She talked about her frequently. It truly makes me sad that she is gone, but the Verdie I knew and loved has been “gone” a few years now. I pray she is at peace how in the arms of God.

Yerdie was a wonderful lady who always had a smile and a kind word for whoever she met. Please accept our sympathy. She was a dear friend to my mother, Verna Koch.

It was certainly my pleasure to have known Verdie. She was such a kind, loving woman and Grandma, who was such an important part of Richard and Nancy’s lives.

Carl and I enjoyed visiting with Verdie on our trips home to Ilinois. She was always a kind hostess, and would cook a wonderful meal for us while we were visiting Richard and Nancy. Since I am also a nurse, Verdie and I would chat about ‘nursing things” as we enjoyed our time together. I am so glad that we had an opportunity to spend time with Verdie again last summer.

May you rest in peace, Verdie.

Our thoughts and prayers with all of you!
    Love,
    Geri

How well I remember the Yesley family and always remember Mrs. Yesley as being very kind. I am just now reading that she passed away, but would still like for Ronnie and Rich to know they are in my thoughts and prayers.
