Claude Kenny “Fat Boy” Dasch, 60, of New Athens, IL; born on April 5, 1956 in St. Louis, MO; passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, IL.
Kenny was a painter. He loved fishing, hunting and junking. Kenny has a heart of gold and shared everything he had.
He was preceded in death by his parents – Claude and Mary Margaret, nee McCoy, Dasch. One daughter – Donna Dasch. One brother – Larry Dasch.
He is survived by his children – Laura Jewell; Kenny Dasch. Two brothers – Eddie Dasch of Granite City, IL; J.D. (Chris) Dasch of Lenzburg, IL. Six sisters – Linda Dasch of Granite City, IL; Claudette Dasch of Granite City, IL; Kimberly Dayton of Marissa, IL; Shelia McCoy of Union City, TN; Kaye Ray of Granite City, IL; Angie (John) Rickenburg of Tilden, IL. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friends may call at Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in Marissa, IL on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.

I met you first when you lived in Freeburg above burgards and you came into the gas station (BUCKS) where I worked every day !!! You was a great man and You will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace my dear friend
