Charles Hook

Charles “Chuck” Douglas Hook, 65, of Marissa, IL; born on December 7, 1954 in East St. Louis, IL; passed away on Friday, April 3, 2020 at his home.
Mr. Hook retired as a manager at Ray Carroll Grain Elevator in St. Louis, MO. He was a United States Army Veteran. Chuck enjoyed computer gaming, gardening and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents – Charles and Marilyn, nee Douglas, Hook. One brother – Kevin Hook.
He is survived by his wife – Debra, nee Grimm, Hook whom he married on October 3, 1972 in Cahokia, IL. His children – Tanya (Mitch) Eden of Columbia, IL; Bryan (Michelle) Hook of Marissa, IL; Melissa (Jim) Cobb of Marissa, IL; Shannon Dandridge of Houston, TX. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.

Services: Due to restrictions that are in place during the coronavirus outbreak no services will be held.
Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in Marissa, IL is in charge of arrangements.

So sorry to hear of Chuck’s passing. We shared many good times when we were young. My thoughts and prayers are with his beautiful wife, children and grandchildren.
