    Dear Leslie, Thad and family,

I am so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I know you are heart broken. I remember both of your parents with fond memories while I grew up with you next door. Please accept my sympathy during this time off loss. I read of her involvement in the church and know without a doubt that those who trust upon the Lord Jesus are in heaven when they leave this earth. Be comforted knowing that she is in a better place.

    With Sympathy,
    Mike Lischer

So sad to hear of Carolyn’s passing. She was a special lady and will be missed by many. Always fun to talk to and such a happy person. May she Rest In Peace until we meet again.

To her family, I am sorry to hear of her passing. I remember fondly eating cat-fish in Frank’s restaurant and the trap nets out back which I think Carolyn had to help with. One feisty lady…

    Leslie and Family,
The sweetness in the recipe of life is marked with contradictions of sorrow and happiness, hate and love, and failure and success. At the end, one’s accomplishments are nothing more than a blending of life experiences. The journey may seem long at times, but in retrospect seems so short when the end approaches. It is this quiet understanding that becomes increasingly apparent with age.

My sympathy to her family and the friends, both losing someone special. I first remember her going to the show as a little girl in New Athens with her uncle Ramon Hill, my classmate. Blessings and peace to you all. Dorothy Hacker
