I met grandma when i was around 6 yrs old when she came here in the Philippines. From what i know about grandma is that she is a sweet person, very caring to her family and she never forgets her family. Was really hoping on meeting her again at my age today but sadly she’s gone. Grandma where ever you are right now i hope you are in a better place where suffering is not around. We all love you grandma. Belated happybirthday and Mother’s day.

    Dear family Walkington,

We heard with much sadness and emotion of the passing on Saturday the 12th of our beloved cousine, Andrée.
We will keep memorie of a young orphan girl who grew up and raised with us at her uncle René and aunt Catherine Romain’s home, our parents.
She never forgot her french roots, and we were pleased and happy to met each others time to time, not often enough, to bring up our shared memories while tasting snails, french cheese and good wine.
    Our thoughts are with her.
We wish to extend our heartfelt condolences to the entire family.

Andree’ through marriage became my cousin before I was born. I remember how happy we all were that Charlie and Andree’ decided to make their home in Marissa. As such I was very fortunate to spend lots of time with them. Andree’ was a very special person who left her home in France and came to the United States as a military wife because of her love for her husband and three sons.
